Registration Options

Register the primary attendee first, by selecting the Full Ticket option below.  To register a group, including full ticket participants and/or guest(s), complete the original full ticket reigstration, then select "Add Another Registrant" and choose the appropriate ticket option. Follow this step as many times as needed to register your entire group.

  • The full ticket is available to ATFS program leaders, volunteers and partners, offering access to all NLC events starting with the Tuesday, March 12 opening sessions from 2-5pm thru the Thursday, March 14 closing session.

  • The guest ticket offers access to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, March 12 only, for guests who are not registered for the full conference.

  • The guest ticket offers access to the Awards Banquet on Wednesday, March 13 only, for guests who are not registered for the full conference.

  • The guest ticket offers access to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, March 12 and the Awards Banquet on Wednesday, March 13 only, for guests who are not registered for the full conference.

  • Please note that we encourage people arriving by plane to use rideshare or public transportation rather than renting a car, as complimentary parking spaces will be prioritized for people who are driving to the conference.

    Join the Washington State Tree Farm Program for an excursion to Pomeroy Farm, a Certified Tree Farm with both timber production and agritourism operations. Pomeroy Farm is a living history farm in Clark County Washington, depicting life in a pre-electric era.

    Please note: Field trip fee includes transportation from the hotel and a boxed lunch. Field trip fees are not reimbursable by AFF.

From a frontier fur trading post, to a powerful military legacy, the magic of flight, and the origin of the American Pacific Northwest, history is shared at four unique sites. Discover stories of transition, settlement, conflict, and community.

    Please note: Field trip fee includes boxed lunch. Participants will walk together from the hotel (1.2 miles) or may secure a taxi/rideshare on their own. Field trip fees and/or transportation to the site are not reimbursable by AFF.

Conference Health and Safety Protocols

The American Forest Foundation values the health and safety of all of its staff and conference attendees. We are adopting this policy to safeguard the health of our staff and their families; our landowners, partners and guests; and the community at large.

At this time, we hope to host the 2024 National Leadership Conference without instituting major COVID prevention protocols. We will continue to monitor recommendations and guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding COVID-19, and comply with all federal, state and locally mandated laws, orders, requirements and protocols.

Agreement by you to comply with applicable health and safety protocols is a condition of your attendance at the 2024 National Leadership Conference.

As a 2024 National Leadership Conference attendee in Vancouver, Washington, USA, I acknowledge and agree:
By registering for and attending the meeting, I agree to adhere to any and all health and safety protocols implemented by the American Forest Foundation, any CDC, federal, state, local or venue-specific laws, orders, directives and guidelines, or any third-party organizations providing services, recreation, or entertainment at the conference.
I acknowledge the contagious and evolving nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to the virus and become infected as a result of my attendance at the 2024 National Leadership Conference. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any expense, liability, illness, injury, disability or death related to testing positive for the virus during or after the convention. In consideration of my registration for and attendance at the 2024 National Leadership Conference, I hereby irrevocably and forever release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless American Forest Foundation and each of its affiliated partners and sponsors, including without limitation, their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from all claims arising out of or connected with COVID-19. I understand and agree that this release of liability includes any claims against American Forest Foundation, as well as conference personnel or representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurrence exists before, during, or after attendance and participation at the conference.
